1. Acceptance
By creating an account or starting an assessment you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Strat-IQ provides an operational maturity self-assessment, a generated report and optional discovery calls. The service is offered "as is" without warranty of any kind.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, for keeping your credentials secure, and for ensuring you have the right to invite the respondents you add.
4. Acceptable use
Do not abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service. Do not submit unlawful content or personal data of others without a lawful basis.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting contact@stratiq.live. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union jurisdiction in which Strat-IQ is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
